We are faced with a time that few of us have imagined, and none have experienced.  Every day we see a new list of things we can do to try to protect ourselves and our loved ones. And every day, as leaders, we have to find a way to keep people’s fear in check; to find a way to move forward. And yet, in the midst of all of this, we have our own fear, our own concerns, our own worry.

If LGW stands for anything, it is that there is power in community. We will engage in a mindfulness meditation designed to allow every person to focus on developing their own inner resilience and you will learn some easy practices that you can do on your own or with others to help calm the fear and be able to function more effectively.
