Leadership Today: Resiliency with Jen Arnold

What

If there’s anything our brains don’t like, it’s uncertainty. Unfortunately, in the times of COVID-19, that’s all we have. As much as we’d like to proceed as business as usual, everyone is affected by the current situation and will continue to be for an undetermined period of time. How can you manage through these uncertain times without compromising your health and happiness? Learn the skill of resilience. Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress. Although some people tend to be more resilient than others, the skill of resilience can be learned.

In this session, you’ll learn why resilience is a must-have skill to practice and three ways you can be more resilient.
